Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 May 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms govern your use of Tradie Deck. By signing up or using the service you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
"We", "us", "our" refers to Guestii Pty Ltd (ABN 60 685 887 094), an Australian proprietary limited company. Tradie Deck is a product brand operated by Guestii Pty Ltd. "You", "your" refers to the person who creates the account.
2. What Tradie Deck does
Tradie Deck is a software-as-a-service tool that helps sole-trader Tradies manage their day-to-day operations: scheduling, time tracking, job notes, materials, photos, invoicing (including optional sync to Xero), and customer booking links.
Tradie Deck is nota marketplace. We don't introduce you to customers, we don't take a cut of transactions you process, and we don't guarantee work volume.
3. Your account
- You must be 18+ and operating a legitimate trade business in Australia.
- You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including any team members or contractors you give access to.
- You must give us accurate contact information and keep it up to date.
- You agree not to share your password or reuse it elsewhere.
4. Pricing and billing
Tradie Deck is currently in a free pilot. When paid plans launch, we'll give you at least 14 days' notice before any charge. Indicative pricing (subject to change before launch): A$100 per month per Tradie, billed monthly, including GST where applicable.
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We don't offer pro-rata refunds for partial months unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
5. Your data
You own the data you put into Tradie Deck — job details, customer records, notes, photos, invoices. We hold it on your behalf to deliver the service. Our Privacy Policyexplains how it's handled.
You can export your data at any time. If you cancel, you have 30 days to export before we permanently delete (except where Australian tax law requires us to retain invoice records).
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Tradie Deck to send unsolicited bulk messaging (spam).
- Store information that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or is malicious software.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits.
- Resell or sublicense Tradie Deck to third parties without our written consent.
- Use Tradie Deck in a way that breaches the Australian Consumer Law or Privacy Act.
7. Third-party integrations
When you connect Xero, Google, or other services through Tradie Deck, those services are governed by their own terms. We don't control their availability or behaviour. If a connected service breaks, we'll do our best to keep Tradie Deck working but can't guarantee uninterrupted integration.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but don't commit to a specific uptime SLA. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or A$100, whichever is greater.
We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss (lost profits, lost customers, etc.) except where required by Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees that can't lawfully be excluded.
10. Termination
- You can close your account at any time from /settings or by emailing us.
- We can suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, or if your account is inactive for more than 12 months.
- On termination, the rights granted in section 5 (export your data) survive.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified to you by email and announced in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Tradie Deck after that date is acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute that can't be resolved between us will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
